Yes, Im bragging!

Paige started swim lessons at our neighbors house on Tuesday and by Friday THIS is what she could do!!! I was SOOOOOO proud of her! She has always HATED putting her face in the water , going under, anything that involved her not being on the top of the water on a step or without floaties. She wouldnt even let us hold her in the "deep part". In 4 days, she can dive for rings (on a 2nd step), jump in without holding anyones hand and climb out of the pool, and practically swim across the pool with little help! GO PAIGE! She has One more full week of lessons......so by next friday im SURE well be seeing a swan dive !! :)

My Mothers Day/last day of unemployment at Disneyland!

First news: Craig got a new job! He started 2 weeks ago. He is at a company that does commercial/ retail stores like Lowes, Anthropology, Pinkberry, & Fresh N Easy.

So hes really excited to change things up. BEcause he was going to be starting his job the day after mothers day we spent his "last Friday" of unemployment at Disneyland.

Not sure if this was his first choice of places to hang but thats where we ended up :)

The first stop of the day is always the Princess Fantasy Fair-Paige packed her dress and her crown to wear so she could dance, and kept it on all day :) I think she knows the trick to having EVERYONE call her Princess all day long!

Played in toontown, took a look at the rollercoaster...Paige wouldnt go near it, actually we didnt want to either-the line was way too long :)

Paige has met Handy Manny! He is the cutest character ever....

We couldnt miss Aladdin-nice to sit for 30 minutes :)

While waiting for Paige and Craig who were in line for Bumper bugs - Mason and I had fun with the camera, he was being so funny making these Ninja Moves!

Paige and Daddy on her 1st official height requirement ride at Disneyland!!! While all her friends can ride Soarin and rollercoasters, (sorry paige you got the short stick) She finally has made it onto Bugs land bumper bugs!! WOO HOO!

She doesnt look very excited here, :) but She really was!

Mason is 6 Months old today!!! He is so much fun. Laughing and screaming all the time. Such a good baby! With Paige I couldnt wait for her to do the next "milestone" but with Mason I just want to keep him my baby boy as long as I can!

Idol Live

After spending the entire day waiting to watch the American Idol Finale show , it was SO worth it! Those 2 are AMAZING live. I was a fan of both but not completely sold.

David Archulettas first song tonight left me with goosebumps and small tears :) I am not normally like that so... hes pretty amazing when he sings. Hope he wins out tomorrow night.

Dave cook is SO much better live than on TV, wish i could have taken any sort of picture or video or anything...but of course no phones or cameras inside....apparently I still had and old phone in my purse that paige used to play with and it caused a BIG OLD scene at the metal detectors....I took it from the man and just tossed it in the trash and everyone looked at me like i was Nuts. :) My purse could win me so much money on lets make a deal-too bad that shows not around anymore :)

American Idol

I have tickets to the Finale Show on Tuesday night!!!!

My friend called and said she had tickets So, IM EXCITED!! Between the 2 of them, I dont really care who wins, it will just be fun to be there. We are supposed to line up by 10 am, I am afraid that there will be too many crazies there at 5 in the morning lining up and we wont get in or something?! but either way, its a day without kids in LA with friends---

so it will be fun whatever happens :)

Paige and Taylor have learned so much from thier dance class this year! :)

Cant wait to see what they do at the Recital :) 1st Class of the month they open the window so parents can watch them practice thier dances-well sometimes I wish that window was closed because I am afraid of what Paige does in public :)

Last time the window was open she stuck her fingers in both ears, pulled them both out, looked at her fingers, THEN SMELLED THEM! All the parents just started laughing and I was laughing (with tears coming out my eyes) & halfway mortified! :) Keep us laughing Paige. Ill be sure to embarrass you one day in public , so well be even soon enough.

Meet our new neighbors!

Yes, They moved into the neighborhood about 2 weeks ago....and its been a delight ever since!

The spots on the concrete....thats them....we dont know what they are. Even Pest control doesnt know what they are. I thought they were springtails and I was told they werent by our bug boy-but he cant name them either.

Apparently they are invading all of eastvale where fields are?! I feel like its just our neighborhood....but apparently others have it worse, some have thier outside walls of thier house covered with them and it makes the house look black!

These pictures dont even BEGIN to display the disgust of these bugs.....COVERING our back yards and front yards.....Were prisoners :) The good news is they serve NO purpose....other than trapping us inside because they have taken over the yard.....
Apparently they come back every spring?! WHen the pest control guy cant even identify them, i think weve got a problem here :) And they dont have anything that will kill them off for more than a couple days...........So......ill let you know in July how things are going - becuase yes, they supposedly will be here until then....lets all send a little prayer up to the Bug man in the sky!
