Our Baby is in Kindergarden.....

hard to believe..

We are old enough to have a kid in Kindergarden...

She was SOOOOOOOO excited to go.

We went shopping for "THE" outfit.

She spotted the Bolero hat and that was the end of that. Luckily there was a cute outfit that went right along with it.

Her Pet Shops lunchbox & cute backpack...and shes ready to go!

Yummy breakfast...

Her teacher read 'The kissing hand' book.

Its about a racoon mommy and baby on thier first day of school and they kiss each others hands and press it to thier cheek during the day when they miss each other.

Well OF COURSE they MAKE you cry!!!!

I held on and shut those tears out but I wanted to bawl :)

Paige came back to kiss my hand and we had to kiss hers.

She didnt even blink her eyes when she said Goodbye to us :)

(just as it should be i guess)

She loves school, and loves her teacher!

We know she will make lots of friends that will last her year after year.

A month into school Shes already brought home a progress report with lots of 'O's' & is writing short paragraphs.

Excited for this big change for her and our whole family!

San Elijo July 2010

San Elijo was a blast again this year.

We got there on Friday and We could only stay for 3 days because Paige started school Monday.
Which was a bummer but next year well plan to the year round school that has taken over our former life :)

So many pics I could post so i narrowed it down to some favorites.

We had to pamper this kid as he was still in his phase of 'unhappiness' while we were at the beach. He found moments of solice alone in this little tent made by A. Sue :) I think Craig wanted her to build him one too hahah.

Its always such a fun week to look forward too!! Cant wait until next year!!!!

3 months!!

Poor Mason-but it really was a perfect shot! Had it NOT hit Masons head...it would have gone ALL OVER the pile of clean clothes I had packed to go camping!!!

A HOT day at the Blumes.

Grandma B got the kids this awsome pool for our backyard....back in July! :)

We got it all filled up...put the EZ up..up for some shade....and hit the yard for some White trash fun! ;)

The kids begged Daddy to jump in with them...and he complied for a while :)

AND THEN: Craig looked down after a while and noticed he was sitting in....

warm water....filled with floating cookie chunks....bugs...grass clippings....and who knows what else hahahhaha. and Jumped out announcing...

ALRIGHT...THAT IS ENOUGH! :)

New Baby Bruce!!

If I had this view while having a baby...I might have them more often :)

My sis Lindsey and her Husband Kang had thier first baby boy on July 12th!

We were Hoping for July 11th...7-11 DAY!! But my wish wasnt granted.

The kids were in LOVE.
Meeting Miles....they are 2 1/2 months apart.

Love meeting this little man...he really is adorable!

Trip to remember.

Trip to LAS VEGAS....definately a trip to remember.

Paige's dance team had thier national Competition in Las Vegas.

We hit the road on Monday July 5th.....

Loaded the car with yummy treats, movies, and lots of road trip music :)

Check out the line at the rest stop on the way (thru masons window)...BOOOOOOOOO.

We have the whole desert to go in....next time I think well train the kids the ways of the "pioneers" and have faster bathroom stops :) haha.

Cruising the streets our first night.....

Hitting up M&M world....of course.
We tried the NEW pretzel ones....YUM!!!

and then COKE WORLD. We tried the 'around the world' sampler platter.

16 different cokes from different countries.

The thing we didnt know was MOST of these are N...A...S....T...Y!!!!!

So, we would give Mason the first sip to see whether it was a good one or not hahahha.

His face said it all!!

Belagio fountains...where Mason almost threw his flip flop into the fountain!!

After an awsome breakfast at Vegas's #1 breakfast diner...

we headed over to the Jorgensons Grandmas hotel pool....

was SO perfect for the kids to play in ALL day!

Kids swam from noon till 5!

and PASSED OUT the second he hit the chair :)

My poor baby who has to be swaddled still...even in 100 degree heat.

going to bed early since paige had to be dressed and at the hotel at 8am for her competition!!

Thats when the KAKA hit the fan.

Mason woke up at 2 am coughing/barking with Croupe...OUT OF NO WHERE!

We put him in bed with us...hoping we could make it until the morning and call his dr if it kept on going.

At about 4am it was SO bad.

His chest/rib cage was being sucked in every breath he took.

Scariest thing!!!

We turned on the hot shower hoping the steam would help relieve it....after a couple minutes of it I knew we just had to take him to the ER.

ER in Las Vegas...fun times. They gave him all the breathing treatments...steroids etc...while he slept....and craig hung out listening to all the vegas crazies roll in after a long night out :)

They said that he got sick after being in the dry air...into AC... and swimming with chlorine all afternoon....bummer!

We managed to get over to the Hotel in the AM for the competition without Craig and Mason...using the Jorgenson shuttle.

I was afraid Craig would miss her dance....the reason we went in the first place.

They came in right in time...tired but they were there!!

(sorry no dance pics...not allowed at the competition to take any..plus so tired we were just managing getting there)

She danced Wednesday am..we were packed up in the car....out of the hotel...and ready to hit the road with our CROUPY kid right after she danced.

At the awards ceremony they announce 5 teams who ware 'called back' to dance Thursday night at the BATTLE.

WALK THE DINOSAUR is called!!

WHAT!?!! no way. my mouth dropped to the floor. we were so done with Vegas..mason couldnt be out in the heat...kids were tired....we were tired :)

Craig called in to work and said he wouldnt be back that week....

We checked back into the hotel...same room even :)

Hung all night....and Thursday we just walked thru the Bellagio hotel...MGM grand and saw the tigers...stayed in the AC for mason.

It was quite the trip...full of LOTS of fun...YUMMY food....and ER adventures :)

I think the only reason well be heading back to las vegas anytime soon is to eat a SANDWICH at Earl of sandwich in Planet Hollywood...BEST SANDWICH WEVE EVER HAD! :)
